Alan Hunt started off his painting career painting all types of birds and british wildlife, at a very young age he soon developed a love especially for birds of prey and quickly turned his painting skills in trying to caprture these amazing predators of the bird world. From Barn Owls to Golden Eagles, Sparrowhawks, Goshawks to Marshall, Bald Eagles and peregrine falcons,  Alan has over the last 50 years painted nearly all the birds of prey in the world. Alan has also succesfully kept and bred various birds of prey from kestrels to eagle owls and finds these amazing creatures an absolute joy and pleasure to paint.
